7-day returns & exchanges
You can request a return or size exchange within 7 days of delivery from My Account → My Orders → Request Return.
Conditions
- Item must be unused, unwashed and with original tags.
- Footwear must be returned in the original box.
- Free reverse pickup is available on most pincodes.
Process
- Raise a request and choose return or exchange.
- Our courier picks up the item within 2–3 days.
- After quality check, we ship the exchange or process your refund.
