Orders & Payment
We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets through our secure payment gateway (when enabled), as well as Cash on Delivery on eligible orders.
You can cancel your order from My Account → My Orders while it is Pending or Confirmed. Once it is packed or shipped, please request a return after delivery instead.
No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses and build a wishlist.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders in Delhi NCR are usually delivered in 1–3 days and the rest of India in 3–7 business days. You can check the estimated date for your pincode on any product page.
Shipping is free on all orders above ₹999. A small delivery fee applies to smaller orders and is shown at checkout.
Use the Track Order page with your order number and email/phone, or open the order in your account.
Returns & Refunds
Most items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if unused and with original tags. See our Return & Exchange Policy.
Refunds for prepaid orders are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. COD refunds are made via bank transfer.
