Cancellation Policy

Cancelling by customer

You can cancel an order from My Orders while it is in Pending or Confirmed status. After it is packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible — you may refuse delivery or request a return.

Refund on cancellation

For prepaid orders, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation by OneShop

We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the address is unserviceable or payment is not completed. You will be notified and fully refunded.
