Refund Policy

We want you to love what you buy. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Eligibility

Refunds are issued for returned items that are unused, unwashed and have original tags and packaging, once the return passes quality check.

Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
COD orders: refunded via bank transfer (NEFT/UPI) within 5–7 business days.

Innerwear, personalised items and items marked "non-returnable" cannot be refunded unless received damaged or defective.
